Debra Mae Madara Longfoot, 57, of Woodbury Street in the Lee Park section of Hanover Township died Saturday at Geisinger Wyoming Valley.
Born October 12, 1952 in Elizabeth, New Jersey she was a daughter of the late Harry and Mae Palmer Madara.
Debra had been a technician at Procter & Gamble in Mehoopany for the past twenty-four years.
Surviving are her husband of forty-one years, Paul Longfoot; children, Betinna and her husband John Bennett of Lee Park, Paula Longfoot and Bill Kelley of Buttonwood, Keith and his wife Lori Longfoot of Wilkes-Barre, Dorothy Longfoot and Crystal Longfoot of Lee Park; grandchildren, Amy Bennett, Jamie Bennett, Heather Cartwright, Amanda Longfoot, Christopher Rushton, Kyle Eppler, Gavin Longfoot and John Paul Longfoot; sisters, Pamela Azbell of Pottsville, Terri Caboot of Thornhurst, Brenda Kratz of Pittston, Rebecca Madara of Cornelius, North Carolina and brothers, Harry Madara of Plymouth and Angelo Scaffido of Swoyersville.
Celebration of Debra’s Life will be held Wednesday at 8 PM at McLaughlin's Family Funeral Service, 142 South Washington Street in Wilkes-Barre.
Visitation will be held at McLaughlin’s on Wednesday from 5 to 8 PM
