Edward Lindsay, 68, of Lakeside Drive in Harvey's Lake died Tuesday at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Born July 31, 1944 in Bronx, New York he was a son of the late Alexander and Katherine Herzog Lichtenheim.
Edward was a power supervisor for Metro-North Railroad for many years before retiring.
A son, Gregory Miner Lindsay preceded him in death in 1994.
He will be greatly missed by his wife, the former Gretchen Rohner; son, Alex and his wife Christine and their children, Kayla, Gregory and Kevin; and a brother, David Lichtenheim of Queens, New York; and his faithful companion, Suze.
Celebration of Edward’s Life will be held Saturday at 10:15 AM from McLaughlin’s – The Family Funeral Service, 142 South Washington Street in Wilkes-Barre with Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM in the Church of Saint Nicholas.
Visitation will be held at McLaughlin's on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:15 AM.
