Frank Collum

Frank Collum, 61, of Shoemaker Avenue in West Wyoming died Thursday at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

Born 08 February 1948 in Wilkes-Barre he was a son of the late Harry and Loretta Curtis Collum.

Frank was a graduate of G.A.R. Memorial High School.
As a professional baker, Frank was employed by the former Old River Road Bakery for thirty-two years before its closing and at Sam's Club for ten years until retiring.

Frank was a parishioner of Our Lady of Sorrows in West Wyoming and was active with Wyoming - West Wyoming Junior Warriors football which he once served as vice-president.

His godson and nephew, Brian Collum preceded him in death.

Surviving are his wife of thirty-two years, the former Lorraine Powell, daughter: Kimberly Collum of West Wyoming, brothers, James and his wife Barbara Collum of Wilkes-Barre and Edward and his wife Theresa Collum of Plains, sister: Barbara and her husband Michael Lingle of Wilkes-Barre, nieces, nephews and his faithful companion, Gizmo

Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 11:00 AM in the Church of Our Lady Of Sorrows, West Eighth Street in West Wyoming. Interment will be in Saint Mary’s Cemetery in Hanover Township.

Friends may call at the church on Monday from 10 to 11 a.m.
