Harry Schwab, 69, of Provincial Tower in Wilkes-Barre died Monday at Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre.
Born 08 June 1939 in Wilkes-Barre he was a son of Rose Werner Schwab of Wilkes-Barre and the late Leonard Schwab.
Harry was a graduate of E.L. Meyers High School, Class of 1957.
Harry was a Forensic Death Investigator for the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington, D.C. for twenty years before retiring in 1980. He resided in Norwood, Massachusetts where he operated a framing business until he returned to Wilkes-Barre in 2002.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, are
sons: Nicholas Schwab of South Boston, Massachusetts, Joseph Schwab of Colorado Springs, Colorado brother: Leonard Schwab of Bethlehem, sister: Rosemary Schwab of Wilkes-Barre
nieces and nephews
Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:00 AM in Saint Therese's Church, 25 Old River Road, Wilkes-Barre.
