Helen Rosalie (Krugel) Mercadante, 74, of Wilkes-Barre passed away peacefully on Friday, February 3, 2017 at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood surrounded by her loving family.

She was a 1960 graduate of the former Plains High School where she was a majorette and standout student.
