Herbert Gilman Dumin

Herbert Gilman Dumin, a devoted family man, proud Air Force veteran of the Korean War, and former manager at Western Southern Life Insurance Company, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2024.
A skilled handyman and woodworker, he leaves behind a legacy of love.
He is survived by his daughters, Mary Turner, Shirley Korey, Patricia Krevis, and Debra Idell, along with his son, George King, and his grandchildren: Patrick, Misty, Rick, Amy, Sean, George, Michael, Maggie, Matthew, and Julie, as well as his great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his beloved daughters, Barbara Fisher and Dolores Simon, and his wife, Dolores Dumin.
The Celebration of Herbert's Life will take place on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. Visitation will begin at 10 AM and will be followed by a prayer service at 11 AM at McLaughlin's, 142 South Washington Street in Wilkes-Barre.
