Jacqueline Conway, 48, of the Miners Mills section of Wilkes-Barre died Saturday, June 2, 2018.
Born March 17, 1970 in Wilkes-Barre she was a daughter of the late John D. and Norma Kelly Conway.
Jackie was a graduate of Bishop Hoban High School and was a chef at various restaurants throughout the Wyoming Valley, most recently at the Hilton Garden Inn. She was a member of the American Legion Post 644 Auxiliary.
Jackie loved her family. She was known to many as the greatest aunt in the entire world.
She will be greatly missed by her loving sisters; Patricia Conway and her husband Oliver Rose, III of Ashley, Marion and her husband Vincent Dennis of Swoyersville, Annette and her husband John Spangler of Wilkes-Barre, Gerry and her husband Leroy Jackson of Berwick, Catherine Conway and her husband Dale Gardinor of Wilkes-Barre, and Margaret and her husband Ermel Torres of Philadelphia; and her many adoring nieces and nephews; great-nieces and -nephews; a great-great-niece; other family and friends.
Celebration of Jackie's Life will begin Wednesday with visitation from 6 to 8 PM at McLaughlin's, 142 South Washington Street in Wilkes-Barre and continue there on Thursday with gathering at 8:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 9:30 AM in the Church of Saint Mary of the Immaculate Conception.
