James E. Brennan, Jr., 54, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 11, 2022.
Born April 14, 1968 in Wilkes-Barre he was the son of the late James E. and Mildred Bartnick Sparlik Brennan.
Jim was a graduate of G.A.R. Memorial High School. The Wilkes-Barre Area CTC employed him for the past seventeen years.
Jim was a member of the Parish of Our Lady of Fatima, where he served as a Eucharistic Minister.
Jim was a loving, dedicated husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and cousin. He had a big heart and was a helping hand to all. Jim loved his family and friends tremendously. He was a happy man and smiled no matter what. His spirit will live on with all of us.
A sister, JoAnne Adams, preceded him in death.
His wife Carolyn Thomas Brennan; son Michael and his wife Christy Thomas of Shavertown; daughter Jayme Brennan, at home; grandchildren Vera and Ryker Thomas; sister Joyce and her husband Wilbur Coleman of Texas; nieces Jessica and Janelle; other family and friends will miss him very much.
Celebration of Jim's Life begins Thursday, December 15, 2022, with visitation from 5 to 8 PM at McLaughlin's, 142 South Washington Street in Wilkes-Barre. It continues there on Friday, December 16, 2022, with gathering at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM in the Church of Saint Mary of the Immaculate Conception.
