Jeffrey Ross, 68, of Nanticoke, Pa died November 10, 2023.
Born March 1, 1955 in Bangor he was the son of the late Herbert and Shirley Yahraes Ross.
A graduate of Bangor High School, Jeffrey honorably served our country as an Airman in the US Air Force.
Before retiring Jeffrey was a Supervisor at Amtrack in Philadelphia.
Jeffrey enjoyed fishing, boating on the river, singing & playing guitar and spending time with his daughters & grandkids.
He will be greatly missed by his daughters; Felicia Ross, Jamie Flyte, & Rachel Rose; sister Kathy Hoskin; brother Raymond Ross; granddaughters; Casey Ross, Paige Hoffman, Makenlee Plotts-Ross, Rhilynn Sagastume, Brooklyn Rose, & Annabella Rose grandsons; Devlin Sagastume, Taven Plotts-Ross & Cason Rose step-grandsons; Robert Flyte, & Jonathon Flyte nieces; Crystal Cunningham & Lori Hoskin; nephew Nick Ross and many other family and friends.
Jeffrey's entire family is grateful for the care provided by healthcare professionals at the VA Hospital in Wilkes-Barre.
Jeffrey's family will celebrate his life privately.
Donations to the VA Hospital Volunteer Services Department, va.gov/wilkes-barre-health-care/work-with-us/volunteer-or-donate, are preferred and will honor Jeffrey's memory.
