Kathleen Halloran Kelly, 88, a longtime resident of Wilkes-Barre died at Chestnut Park in Oneonta, New York on Saturday, May 28, 2016.
Born October 20, 1927 in Wilkes-Barre she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Ann Pringle Halloran.
Kathleen retired after many years working for the City of Wilkes-Barre.
Her husband, William D. Kelly died October 14, 1997.
She will be greatly missed by her son, William D. Kelly, Jr. of Jacksonville, Florida.
Celebration of Kathleen's Life will be held Friday with a Funeral Mass at 9:30 AM in the Church of Saint Mary of the Immaculate Conception in Wilkes-Barre. Interment will be in Saint Mary's Cemetery.
