Kristopher C. Pisarcik, 29, died unexpectedly at his home in Glen Burnie, Maryland on Monday.
Born December 2, 1986 in Wilkes-Barre he was a son of Gail Jiunta Pisarcik and Daniel Pisarcik.
A member of the Meyers High School Class of 2006, Kris earned his dual degree in finance and management from Muhlenberg College and his MBA from Loyola University Maryland.
Kris was a contractor for the National Security Agency. A bodybuilding enthusiast, he was a Certified Fitness Trainer for more than ten years and recently became part of Team Warrior Within, a training and fitness coaching company.
Kris and his wife, the former Holly Salvia, exchanged vows on May 30, 2015. A cancer survivor, Kris underwent a liver transplant surgery on July 6th in order to completely remove any remaining cancer cells.
Kris will be greatly missed by his wife; parents; brother, David D. of Philadelphia; maternal grandparents, Columbia and James Jiunta of Wilkes-Barre; paternal grandparents, Barbara and Daniel Pisarcik of Wilkes-Barre; aunts, uncles, cousins, other family, his dog, Lily, and friends.
Celebration of Kris’ Life will be held Saturday with visitation beginning at 11 AM and concluding with a prayer service at 2 PM at McLaughlin’s, 142 South Washington Street in Wilkes-Barre.
Memorial donations are preferred and may be made to the Dr. Nabil Dagher Research Fund at Johns Hopkins Medicine.
