Marybeth Kasper, 64, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away peacefully following a brief illness on Wednesday, October 5, 2022.
Born March 4, 1958 in Kingston she was the daughter of the late Carl J. and Mary McDonnell Kasper.
Raised in Wilkes-Barre, Marybeth attended public schools and graduated from J.M. Coughlin High School. She continued her education at Keystone Junior College and Mansfield University.
Marybeth was a free spirit and enjoyed her independent lifestyle. She never met a person that she did not call a friend. She particularly liked public events held downtown and always looked forward to the annual fireworks display at Kirby Park.
Her four brothers, James (Laura), St. Peter's, MO, Robert (Denise), Blakeslee, William (Karen), Lancaster, SC, and John (Andrea), Havertown; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins will miss her very much.
Marybeth's family is thankful for the continuing care and interest shared over the years by the Step-by-Step staff.
Marybeth's family will celebrate her life privately. A memorial service will be scheduled in the near future.
