Mary Louise Paolucci a native of the Heights section of Wilkes-Barre died Saturday at Hospice Community Care.
Born in Wilkes-Barre she was a daughter of the late Martin C. and Regina McAndrews Conway.
Mary Louise was a graduate of Saint Ann's Academy and earned her bachelors degree from Misericordia University.
Retiring after a long career with the United States Department of State in Washington, D.C., she returned to Wilkes-Barre in 1999.
Mary Louise was an avid contract bridge player, acheiving the rank of bronze life master in the ratings of the American Contract Bridge Association.
In recent years Mary Louise resided in Bear Creek with her fiance, Tom Myers. The couple met while playing bridge.
Daughters, Pamela and Paula Paolucci and Mimi Kilgallon preceded her in death.

A prayer service will be held Tuesday at 1:30 PM in Chapel at St. Mary's Cemetery, 1594 South Main Road, Hanover Township.
