Roseann 'Honey' Dunay

Roseann ‘Honey’ Dunay, 84, of Wilkes-Barre died Sunday, November 26, 2017.

Born September 19, 1933 in Wilkes-Barre she was a daughter of the late Louis M. and Mary Burke Hahn.

Honey was a 1951 graduate of G.A.R. Memorial High School.

Her husband, Joseph J. Dunay, died June 14, 1994. A sister, Theresa Vital, and brother, Edmund J. Hahn, also preceded her in death.

Honey will be greatly missed by her sisters, Louise Usloski of Wilkes-Barre, Bernadette Banta of Trucksville and Mary Ann Oleniak of Ashley; nieces, especially Mary Dale, whose loving care for Roseann in recent years is deeply appreciated, nephews, other family and friends.

Celebration of Roseann’s Life will be held Wednesday with visitation beginning at 5 PM followed by a prayer service at 6:30 PM at McLaughlin’s, 142 South Washington Street in Wilkes-Barre.
